CLEAR PLUS ENROLLMENT — PRIVACY DISCLOSURE

This Privacy Disclosure explains what happens to your personal information when you order CLEAR Plus enrollment assistance from GOV GO DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LLC (“GovGo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It supplements, and should be read together with, GovGo's general Privacy Policy and the CLEAR Plus Enrollment Service Terms.

1. WHAT GOVGO COLLECTS

To place and process your CLEAR Plus enrollment order, GovGo collects:

Identity and contact information you enter into GovGo's order form: name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address — the same information CLEAR's own enrollment form requires.

Payment information for the combined charge ($219 CLEAR fee + $69 GovGo service fee), processed by Stripe. GovGo does not see or store your full card number.

Your order and support communications with GovGo.

GovGo does not collect your fingerprints, iris scans, facial images, or any other biometric data at any point in this process.

2. WHAT GOVGO SHARES WITH CLEAR

GovGo transmits the identity, contact, and enrollment information you provided (Section 1) to CLEAR, so that CLEAR can create your enrollment record and schedule your in-person verification appointment. This is the only information GovGo shares with CLEAR. GovGo does not share your GovGo account password, or any information unrelated to your CLEAR enrollment order, with CLEAR.

3. WHAT HAPPENS ONCE CLEAR RECEIVES YOUR INFORMATION

Once CLEAR receives your enrollment information, everything that happens next — including collecting your biometric data at the Enrollment Center, verifying your identity, approving or denying your membership, and all further use, storage, and retention of your Personal Data — is governed exclusively by CLEAR's own Privacy Policy, available at clearme.com/privacy-policy, and CLEAR's own Member Terms. CLEAR has publicly stated that it does not sell biometric or sensitive personal data; GovGo has no role in, and no visibility into, CLEAR's handling of your data from that point forward.

4. PAYMENT DATA

Both the $219 CLEAR fee and the $69 GovGo fee are charged together through Stripe at checkout. Stripe processes the transaction and settles the CLEAR portion to Alclear, LLC and the GovGo portion to GovGo. GovGo retains only the last 4 digits and card brand for its own transaction records; it does not retain your full card number.

5. DATA RETENTION

GovGo retains your order information (Section 1) for as long as needed to process your enrollment order, respond to related support requests, and meet GovGo's own legal and accounting obligations, consistent with GovGo's general Privacy Policy. GovGo does not control how long CLEAR retains your information once CLEAR has received it — see CLEAR's Privacy Policy and Member Terms for CLEAR's retention rules, including for biometric data.

6. YOUR RIGHTS AND CONTACT

To access, correct, or delete the order information GovGo holds about you, email support@govgo.app. To exercise privacy rights over information CLEAR itself holds — including your biometric data — you must contact CLEAR directly, since GovGo cannot access, correct, or delete data held by CLEAR:
