GOV GO DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LLC, operating as GovGo, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your information.

This policy applies to information we collect on govgo.app, through our applications, and through related services we provide. By using our services, you agree to this policy.

We share personal information only with service providers who have contractual obligations to protect your data, and only as necessary to provide our service. We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

8. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

GovGo does not sell personal information for money. However, our use of advertising-measurement cookies may constitute "sharing" under California law because technical identifiers are transmitted to analytics providers for conversion measurement.

To opt out: (a) use the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal — we honor it automatically; or (b) email privacy@govgo.app with subject line "Do Not Sell or Share".

9. Sensitive personal information

Some information we collect is classified as "sensitive personal information" under California law, including government-issued ID numbers and account credentials. We use sensitive personal information only as necessary to provide our services. We do not use it for advertising and never sell it.

10. Automated processing

We use automated document-review processes to check uploaded photos and IDs for compliance with government requirements. These automated checks assist our human specialists but do not replace them — a specialist reviews every application before submission.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, encryption for sensitive data at rest, and access controls limiting staff access to personal data on a need-to-know basis. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Our service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents may submit applications on behalf of minor children using their own adult account. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, contact us at privacy@govgo.app and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
