7. Refunds

Detailed terms are set out in our Refund Policy. In summary:

8. Service limitations

We cannot guarantee that any government agency will approve your application or process it within any particular timeframe. Processing times depend on government staffing, system availability, and policy decisions entirely outside our control.

We may decline to provide services at our reasonable discretion, including for suspected fraud or prior policy violations. If we decline before beginning work, we refund any payment in full.

9. Intellectual property

The GovGo website, software, content, branding, and trademarks are owned by GOV GO DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of our service without our prior written permission.

The personal data and documents you submit remain yours. By submitting them, you grant us a limited license to process them solely for the purpose of providing our service to you.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY GOVERNMENT APPLICATION WILL BE APPROVED OR PROCESSED WITHIN ANY SPECIFIC TIMEFRAME.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOV.GO AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST TRAVEL OPPORTUNITIES, OR LOST DATA — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICE. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OUR SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (a) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (b) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GovGo and GOV GO DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LLC from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your submission of false or fraudulent information, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Dispute resolution

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to first contact us at hello@govgo.app to attempt informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved quickly this way.

If informal resolution fails, you and GovGo agree to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, in the State of Florida — except that either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court for matters within that court's jurisdiction.

Class-action waiver: disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action.

You may opt out of arbitration by emailing legal@govgo.app within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, including your name, account email, and a clear opt-out statement.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any litigation not subject to arbitration will be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our service after the change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
